Our globally unique flexible prepreg - FibrFlex™ - is the only intermediate continuous flexible thermoplastic composite product, available in an array of fibers and resin formulations of choice, that can be converted to woven and braided fabric, which unlike the prepreg rigid tape offered by the competition, can also be used in three-dimensional lay-ups in the fabrication of ridged composite structures for the thickness of choice.

The following fiber resin combinations have been made in the past and can be
produced reliably for future projects.
Available by custom order only and subject to fiber and resin availability. Some resins like PA12, PA612, and PPS are in
short supply globally for large orders currently.
Product can be provided in tow form on 3x11 inch paper tubes, as braided sleeves, or fabric.

Resins not shown above may be available but are subject to a process development program to qualify the resin compatibility with the process and fibers.
